FAQ

Personal Responsibility Statement: The historic Gillioz prides itself on offering a diverse selection of arts entertainment. Not all productions may appeal to or be appropriate for every person or for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the shows we offer in order to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets.

The Box Office and Will Call are located directly outside the Gillioz Theatre’s front entrance on Park Central East street. The Box Office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.  The Box Office opens one hour before doors on show dates.

Will Call tickets are printed three days before the show. Tickets can be picked up during Box Office Hours (M-F 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM) or the Will Call window opens one hour before the doors open on show dates. Please visit gillioz.org for specific door and show times.

The ticketing fees are the same at the Box Office, online, or over the phone. Fees
cover ticketing expenses and help preserve the non-profit historic Gillioz Theatre.
Fees vary by show depending on fee requests by artist management.

Industry standard is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL: NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Once the ticket(s) have been purchased, they can not be returned for a refund or exchanged for different seats OR a different show. If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, different circumstances may apply.

The Gillioz is committed to compassionate compliance. We enforce whatever local regulations are in place regarding vaccination and masking throughout our venues. In addition, we reserve the right to adjust that policy to respect the requirements of touring artists performing in the venue. These policies are fluid, and can change between the time a ticket is purchased and the date of the event. Our standard refund and exchange policy remains in place. The decision to attend and/or participate in all events is voluntary.

Your ticket will have a row (letter) and corresponding seat number that you can reference by clicking here to view our seating chart to see exactly where your seat(s) are located.

GA stands for General Admission. If you purchased a General Admission ticket,
you did not purchase an assigned seat. At a general admission show, seating/
standing room is first come, first serve. For a GA show, the row and seat number
listed on your ticket are for filing purposes in our ticketing system.

With proof of purchase and a picture ID, lost tickets can be re-printed at the Box
Office. Purchasers requiring ticket reprinting will incur a $5 fee.
