For nearly 100 years, the Gillioz Theatre has been a place where memories were made. As we celebrate our centennial, we’re inviting our community to help us tell the whole story.
We are collecting memories from every era and physical artifacts from our past ranging from tickets and programs to photographs, signage, and saved pieces of the building itself. Some items may date back to the years the theatre was closed, when many original materials were lost. Others may come from last night’s show or decades ago.
Every story matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
MEMORIES
- First movies, concerts, or performances
- Family traditions, dates, or milestones
- Oral or written stories from patrons, performers, volunteers or staff
ARTIFACTS – From any era
- Tickets, programs, posters, photos
- Signage, architectural pieces, memorabilia
- Items saved during the 1980-2006 closure
